One Mic is an American artist born in 1997 in Bronx, NY, currently based in Troy, NY. He is an expressionist painter and sculptor known for his bold brushwork, vibrant colors, and emotive compositions. One Mic works primarily in mixed media painting on various surfaces and marble on canvas. He is best known for exploring complex themes such as love, resilience, and spirituality, inviting viewers to contemplate deeper meanings through his artwork.

One Mic’s work often delves into the exploration of human emotions, societal issues, and personal experiences. His Hungry Man series (2023) fuses mixed media elements to delve into the multifaceted experiences and challenges faced by young Black men in America. Each piece in the series encapsulates a unique aspect of their journey, from struggles and resilience to the hopes and dreams that define their existence. Additionally, his Hands of Stoned series (2021-2023) explores the nuanced world of drug use among professional athletes, shedding light on the dual roles of substances in recovery and performance enhancement.

His work is collected by the EAC Network and various private collections across the United States.
